Credit Card Payments
CHI uses PayPal as our credit card processor, and to issue a credit-card invoice when an order is complete and ready to ship. The customer reviews the invoice through the secure payment link and may pay by credit card without the need to create a PayPal account. Shipment proceeds after CHI receives payment confirmation.
Pricing and Minimum Orders
Most published capillary-plate prices remain valid, and CHI will provide updated pricing where necessary. Minimum-order and volume-pricing policies remain valid as well. Contact CHI to confirm current availability, specifications, and quotation terms.

No. CHI can begin with a system requirement or preliminary sketch, although a firm manufacturing quote may require additional dimensions, materials, tolerances, and acceptance criteria.
Can I send a physical sample?
Yes, when a sample will help evaluate geometry, material, function, or a replacement need. Contact CHI first for shipping instructions and to define whether the sample is returnable or may be sectioned or tested.
How quickly will CHI respond?
CHI typically responds to inquiries within 24–48 hours.
Can I pay by credit card without a PayPal account?
Yes. The customer uses the secure PayPal invoice link and enters credit-card information directly into the form fields there.
